Here are the results of our 2026 Souper Bowl collection:

Once again we correctly predicted the winner!

In the late fall, we received a $500 grant from the United Methodist Foundation for emergency feeding of those in need. We had just closed our Wednesday Night dinners for the season, but wanted to get the money out there. The food pantry at Crossroads UMC has been swamped with requests for help, so we decided to use these funds to purchase the food items that they needed the most. On Monday, we dropped off the purchased food and the food collected at our Souper Bowl and filled the pantry shelves. In addition, we gave them a check for $2,000 from our Endowed Missions fund.
